A Brand New Year!

Goal-making was never my strong point. Every year at my high school, the first periods would always be about creating goals: thinking about the big, overall goal, the smaller steps to take into achieving said goal, and the even smaller steps in between. Goal-making was synonymous to a task that was compulsory and tedious and boring and useless... God knows I never put in any effort despite writing down the generic "putting more effort into classes" for every subject, and those 'goals' would be pushed so far at the back of my mind. 

With it being almost March, I would've thought that most of my New Year's Resolutions ended up the same. However, I have been progressing quite well! Well, it did take the whole of January to get cracking, but hey, better late than never!

So let's do some goal-making, high school style:

1. Travel (Japan and Bali)
SAVE (3)

2. Buy a car
Get my Ps Woohoo! Recently passed so, yes, I am still celebrating! 
SAVE (3)

3. Save more!Get a job
- Fix Resume
- Write Cover Letter
- Apply for jobs!
Allowance
- Deposit in inaccessible savings account
4. Increase GPA
Attend all classes
- If missed, read notes/extension readings
Do all the associated questions
- Worksheets/Tutorial questions from Prac Book
- Questions on lecture slides
Be more proactive!
- If help is needed, ask a tutor!
- Pinpoint and target weaker areas
- Keep notes neat and tidy
- Use SWOTVAC more effectively
5. Get healthier/fitter!
Cardio!
- HIIT Runs
- HIIT Total Body Workouts (Thanks YouTube)
- Boxing
Strength!
- Incorporate dumbbells and/or medicine ball in workouts
- Boxing
Regulate sleeping pattern
- Sleep Cycle App
Eat better
- Lunches and snacks from home
- Less dining out
- Decrease carbs
Hopefully March will be even more progressive!
