Goal-making was never my strong point. Every year at my high school, the first periods would always be about creating goals: thinking about the big, overall goal, the smaller steps to take into achieving said goal, and the even smaller steps in between. Goal-making was synonymous to a task that was compulsory and tedious and boring and useless... God knows I never put in any effort despite writing down the generic "putting more effort into classes" for every subject, and those 'goals' would be pushed so far at the back of my mind.
